Infrastructure
Campus Area:
Jaipur national university institute of medical sciences and research centre is situated in the vast area of 21.75 acres of a unitary campus. The JNU institute of medical sciences campus is spread over with the academic buildings of 20,450 sq.mt, hostels and residential complex are spread over 24,900 sq.mt for both boys and girls students. JNUIMSRC Jagatpura campus has a library, auditorium, examination halls, lecture halls, mess & canteens, each of the medical departments are well equipped with experimental & research laboratories, clinical demonstration rooms, museums. JNUIMSRC Jagatpura college affiliated hospital buildings are spread over 68,701 sq.mt and it has all of the modern level equipment.
Also, the college campus has an auditorium, that is equipped with all kind of modern type of facility with a seating capacity of 500 persons at a time. The facilities available in the college campus are 2 examination hall with the area of 700 sq.mt which has 560 seating capacity. It has been equipped with all kind of facilities like CCTV, audio-visual aids, computer with internet-connected facilities, and furniture like tables & chairs also. There are 4 lecture halls available in the hospital building with 460 seating capacity. These lecture theatres are equipped with a gallery type of audiovisual aids facility, digital smart board with wi-fi facility. Also, separate common room available with 150 sq.mt for both boys and girls individually.
Library:
Jaipur institute of medical sciences has college central library that operates with a fully air-conditioned facility area of 3,055 sq.mt. That library provides 5,493 number of books with 29 Indian journals and 13 foreign journals subscriptions for the benefit of the library users. It contains 3 separate reading rooms for both staff & students with the seating capacity of 350 persons. JNUIMSRC Jagatpura library offers 40 computers & wi-fi facility that helps the students to access online books and journals for the benefit of the students. The library working hours is 9.00 am to 9.00 pm it functions on all of the college working days.
Facilities
Hostel:
Jaipur National University institute of medical sciences hostels are situated inside the college campus. The hostel rooms are available on the basis of sharing, 2 or 3 persons are allowed to share each of the room. There are 91 rooms available for boys & the other 91 rooms are available for girls separately. Both JNU boys & girls hostels can accommodate nearly 500 students. These hostels are protected by male and female wardens separately. JNUIMSRC Jagatpura hostel has a separate study room with the availability of computers and internet connections.
JNU hostel rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, cupboards, bathrooms attached and toilet facilities. The hostel has RO purified drinking water, a visitor room, recreation room with a television facility, indoor-outdoor games also available for the benefit of the students. JNU hostel provides a mess with the dining hall and canteen facilities.
Sports:
Jaipur National University institute of medical sciences has various kind of sports activities for students. It offers the following sports activities such as indoor & outdoor games like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, gym, chess, carrom and gymnasium facilities etc.
Canteen/Mess:
JNUIMSRC provides modern cafeteria & mess facilities for the benefit of the students, staffs and the patients. This college has 2-canteens & 5-mess are situated on the university campus, also it serves the vegetarian and non-vegetarian diet comprising varieties of foods with hygiene. It has a separate dining hall facility for the staff, students & visitors.
